The call center is an expansion of 精东影业 BOCES’ Helpdesk, which answers more than 50,000 technology and facilities service calls per school year.

It is staffed with specialists trained to help district personnel navigate the agency’s more than 130 programs and services – either by answering questions directly, pointing callers to one of 精东影业 BOCES’ 精东影业al experts or, when appropriate, directing them to an external provider.
